Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags, designer labels, and protective films are intact and the product is in unworn condition.

  Complimentary Collection

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master artisans verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
